Shipping policy

At Starban, we work to process and deliver orders as efficiently as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders are not normally processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, holidays, promotions, or circumstances outside our control, processing may take longer.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping method, destination, carrier, and other circumstances.

Typical delivery may take approximately 3–10 business days after processing, depending on the destination and shipping service selected.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed because delays can occur due to carriers, weather, customs, address issues, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking Information

When tracking information is available, it may be provided to the customer by email or through the order status page.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after the carrier receives the shipment.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.

Delayed or Lost Packages

We will work with the applicable shipping carrier to investigate the shipment.

Once a package has been handed to the carrier, delivery timing may be affected by circumstances outside Starban's control.

International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs procedures, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Where applicable, these charges may be the responsibility of the customer.

Customers are responsible for complying with applicable laws and import requirements in their destination country.

Third-Party Fulfillment

Some orders may be fulfilled or shipped using third-party fulfillment or logistics providers. Where applicable, products may be shipped from a location different from Starban's business location.
